Privacy
Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how Feole Pitching (“Feole Pitching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a training application, communicate with us, or use our services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Application and contact information: first and last name, email address, phone number, performance or development goals, readiness to invest, remote-training history, level of play, desired start date, requested coach, and referral source.
  • Athlete and coaching information: training history, availability, performance information, video or movement footage, pitch data, injury or workload information you choose to provide, and communications with coaches.
  • Transaction information: purchases, payment status, and billing-related records. Payment card details may be collected directly by a payment processor rather than by us.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, cookies, and similar usage data.
  • Communications: emails, text messages, form responses, support requests, and other messages you send us.

2. How we use information

We use information to review applications; respond to inquiries; assess fit for in-person or remote training; provide, personalize, schedule, and improve coaching services; manage accounts and payments; communicate about applications, sessions, programs, and updates; send marketing communications where permitted; maintain safety and security; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights and the rights of others.

3. Email and text messages

If you provide your email address or phone number, we may send messages about your application, scheduling, services, and—where you have consented—promotional offers or program updates. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. We may still send non-marketing communications relating to an application, purchase, or ongoing service relationship.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • Coaches, staff, contractors, and affiliates who need it to provide services or operate the business.
  • Service providers supporting website hosting, CRM and form processing (including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), communications, scheduling, analytics, payment processing, security, and data storage.
  • Government authorities, courts, advisers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, respond to legal process, prevent harm, or protect rights and safety.
  • A buyer, successor, or other relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
  • Other parties when you direct us to share information or otherwise provide consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Service providers may process information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure performance, and improve marketing. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

6. Athletes under 18 and children under 13

A parent or legal guardian should submit applications and provide consent for athletes under 18. Our website and online application are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 provided information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it as required.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to withdraw consent; or to opt out of certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the information below. Rhode Island’s Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act may provide additional rights when its applicability thresholds and other requirements are met.

9. Third-party services and links

Our website may link to third-party websites or services, including social media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
